Fees And Services

 Group and Individual Therapies  

Initial Consult for Social Skills Group - $60.00 for the initial Intake, which includes review of IEP’s, Testing Documents, Social Skill Assessment, a Social Skill Support plan and one free session. All Groups are $25.00 a session or $145.00 for 6 session this includes an individual consult to discuss progress and future planning, as well as a Parent Group  for additional support. All payments are due upon service. 

Parent Advocacy IEP Meetings - $150.00 Includes an Initial consult, review of current  IEP, progress reports, and testing. Parents will receive recommendations and accompaniment to 2  IEP's  Meetings as well as Quarterly follow up and parent support e.g. phone calls to the district. As a parent advocate I will support your goals while working collectively and professionally with the school district. Also, services include timely follow up to ensure agreed upon services are being provided by the district.
For accompaniment to one IEP meetingthe fee is $40.00.

Individual Consultation  -  $60.00 for Initial intake (for new clients) includes review of IEP's, testing and child observation.  Individual services $40.00 an hour.  Services provided: Observations, Environmental Supports, parent support plans and other resources.
 
Forms of Payment Accepted - cash, checks, credit card payments, direct payment from grant sources and Family Support Services OPWDD.

Cancellation Policy - all cancellations require 24 hour notice or the client will be billed for services . It is important to notify the instructor if you are going to be late so that  accommodations can be made for the the group. Consistent attendance is important for successful outcomes and goal achievement.
